How organization-managed fundraising works
- Plan your fundraiser. Contact us to choose your items and discuss customization, quantities, production pricing, and timing.
- Confirm the details. Agree on the design and order details before your organization starts collecting orders.
- Collect supporter orders. Your organization manages promotion, sets its selling prices, and collects orders and payments from supporters.
- Submit one combined order. Send your final quantities and agreed customization details to E3 Maker Guild. We confirm the order and arrange payment.
- Distribute and celebrate. Your organization distributes the items to supporters. Your fundraising proceeds are the amount collected less production costs and any other fundraiser expenses.
